weekly rates, 400 € - 580 €

monthly rates. 900 € - 2200 €

City tax. 1€ per night and per person, unless exempted.

Policy Cancellation and deposit

To confirm the reservation we need a deposit of 30% of the stay.
Arrival should be paid the remaining 70%.

Cancellation and penalties

The cancellation of the booking is made only by e-mail or fax
Up to 15 days of arrival no penalty
From the 14th day to the 7th day prior to arrival - penalty of 30% of price of the entire stay
From 6th day to the 3th day prior to arrival - penalty of 50% of price of the entire stay

Within 48 hours prior to arrival - penalty of 100% of the total price of stay

No Show
No refund of total price of stay

No refund if you leave Residenza le Rose Villa d’Arte during your stay.
