Between 15 th day and the 7th before arrival - penalty of 75% of deposit
Among the 6 th day and the 3rd day of arrival - penalty of 75 % of total price
Within 48 hours prior to arrival - penalty of 100% of the total price
No Shows
No refund of total price.
No refund if you leave Residenza le Rose during your stay.
