All Rooms have been expertly designed inside the villa and they all have a unique atmosphere: peace and privacy reigns supreme.
We welcome guests who like to be an original context and silent respecting the environment and in the same way, live events offered by the city of Naples. Our point of view is to welcome guests with the availability, communication, courtesy and cleanliness are our imperatives.

For national and international transfers, the fee is charged to the customer, excluding taxes.

City tax. 2,50 € per night and per person, unless exempted. Payment only in cash upon check-in.
The tourist tax is paid from 1 to 14 nights, it is not paid after the 14 nights.

:: Deposit and cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer or via Paypal.
At check in it will be paid the remaining 70%.
Non-refundable deposit.
:: The cancellation of the booking is made only by e-mail or fax.
Up to 15 days of arrival no penalty
From the 14th day to the 7th day prior to arrival – penalty of 30% of price of the entire stay
From 6th day to the 3th day prior to arrival – penalty of 50% of price of the entire stay
Within 48 hours prior to arrival – penalty of 100% of the total price of stay
No Show
No refund of total price of stay
No refund if you leave Residenza le Rose Villa d’Arte during your stay.
